If you notice that you created the same contact in CentralPlanner twice you can merge them into a single contact. So instead of deleting one person, CentralPlanner adds the information of both contacts.
To merge duplicates choose one of the contacts and click first Edit contact and merge this person with its doublets.
The test includes different criteria, such as first and last name, phone number and e-mail address.
