What are tags and how do I use them?

You can use tags to organize your contacts into groups. Tags are for example „regular customer" or "vegetarian". In order to provide a contact with a tag, go to the tab Contacts, select a contact and click on Add tags.


Now you can either enter a new keyword or choose one from the existing in the list below.

If you want to filter your contacts, e.g., you want a list of all vegetarians, go to Contacts and click the relevant tag above the list.


The list will show you only contacts that are provided with the selected tag. This can ben helpful if you want to send a newsletter to a specific group, e.g., if you have a new special vegetarian menu.


You can also export such a list to Excel
